i see an extrange shadow on the lips, you need to soften the shades ( is my opinion)
i like the character, and the composition

from what i see you only used H pencils...you should variate them and use B pencil;s as well...i for one don't use H's, only Hb, which i find the most versatyle
ok, anatomy...the demon-eye is too low, you'll have to check your perspective for that
the nose is maybe too small
the shading is insufficient and should be softer...the shading on her cheek is too strong compared to the rest of the face...it should also fade-out delicately, not end so abbruptly
lose the strong outline between her upper and lower lip...just do some strong shading that fades toutwards
and try to avoid making the torso structure so rigid...the lines should flow and the shading should be more variated
some tips...
to see the faults in your drawings...just make a scan of the drawing or a photo and flip it...you'll see eventual mystakes a lot easier
also, regarding shading, you should first draw a gray base...a soft grey, not a strong one
its gonna be much easier to go forth with shading from there on, and you'll also avoid unwanted contrast
dont consider this a mean comment, its quite the opposite
you're improving very fast, and for your age its a very good job
keep it up

great artwork, very nice eye! well done!

This is my favorite of yours so far. I see HUGE improvement in this one, compared to the valkyrie one. The nose is much better this time and links to the eyebrow, wheras the valkyrie one linked to the eye, which was an anatomy mistake. a good this to learn from our mistakes
the nose and mouth are a bit too near from eachother. The human eye is very well done. the earring really adds a lot the the whole composition. the shadow under the neck looks like a necklace...
I like the concept of the drawing a lot. you managed something great ! +9
